About Manchester Masks Roleplaying Club

Role-Playing and More!
This group is a role-playing club. As such it is for people who enjoy role-playing games. In other words, if you are reading this, it is probably for you. Mainly it is for connecting with players to fill in openings in a game, games to play in or simply to add new blood to a game. Secondarily, other side interests, like improvasational acting, game design, computer games and people who like to talk about and learn about the role-playing industry.

The Core Purpose
In reality, what this group is all about is creating friendships and having fun together. It is not just a network of available players and games, it is people enjoying themselves. So... hey, we aren't exclusive. If you think the folks in this club are your types of people and you have no idea what a role-playing game is, join anyways, attend an event and see what it is all about.

Behavior
Be courteous and respectful of all other members, we encourage people, games and game styles of various types hence, we have no place for intolerance and biased gamers. Among other things, this means the following:
- Anyone can ask and can expect a fair answer as to whether they can play in your game. (a fair answer is truthful, kind and unbiased)
- Members can and should share their personal preferences but should not put down gaming styles, or other players. (variety and tolerance are strongly encouraged)
- Any games deemed inapropriate for younger members must be stated as having mature content and no such content should be displayed in public (including the online message boards) or in the presence of younger members.
