Well, the rain has started and it is once again for all good gamers to gather about the table to play games of war and high adventure. We are getting together for just that purpose as well as giving you a place to meet other gamers and set up groups. If you are interested in finding a group or just want to come and play then stop by. We will have space for snacks if you want to bring something. Summer Heat Barbeque and Gamming Another summer gathering were we will get together for games food and fun. You can bring your own game, play one that we have set up or put one together on the spot. We are going to get together and plan for future meetups and play some games. I will be running a D&D 3.5 game and am going to open up 2 other tables for additional games. Fun and Games Well, the summer is drawing to a close, I thought we should all try and get together for one last gathering to send it off. We are going to have a game day, two tables will be available and 8 hours of gaming. I will be running a 4th ed. D&D game for those who may not have tried it or for those that just dont get enough gaming. I have one more table available that will be left open to any other game that you may want to run. This is a great opertunity to come by and meet new gamers or just game. We will also have another table available for those interested in chatting or running a board game.

Our event to start off August will be a Magic the Gathering Booster Draft. We will be using Shadowmoor for this draft using standard rules with three packs per person land provided by the club. We will be meeting around 5pm and try to start at 6pm with a completion time around 10pm. Prizes will be handed out to the top 3 based on participation. For more information you can email me or call 206.755.6356. There will be a $10 fee for the tournament, but you are welcome to come and just hang out and meet other gamers.

We are planning an event for this July, but I want to get more games put into place. Contact me with any ideas or games you would like to run. We have a schedule for our Meetup. There are two tables and each will have two separate times, afternoon and evening. So far we have; Noon table 1-
Vampire: the Masquerade Sabbat game- GM Jaron Noon table 2-
D&D 4th ed.- DM Darrin Evening table 1-
BRP rule Fantasy RPG Goblin hunt. This is an expanded multigenre BRP ruleset that is used in Call of Cthulhu, Runequest and Stormbringer among others.- GM Bowen Evening table 2- If you would like to sign up ahead of time send word.

So, there is a new version of D&D out. Is it any good or is it just another play for WOTC to make a buck? Let's all get together and find out, I know that I am interested in seeing what they have to offer. For those of you interested we are also selling copies of the rules books for $27.95 a book.

We are going to be having a booster draft. the cost is $10 for the event or you can come to just hang out. Prizes will be based on the number of poeple at the event, but will be extra boosters. We will also be talking about other games in the area so come by and see whats going on in the East Side.
