The meetup agenda will be as follows....

3:00 Meetup starts with meet and greet and group business.
3:30 Micro-adventures start. We will have one micro-game for every 4-7 people.
6:30 Micro-adventures should wrap up and we'll have some free discussion.
7:00 Meetup ends.

This will be our normal Battle Grounds meeting, twice in a row since they hosted us last minute in February. Thus far, they seem to be the defacto choice amongst the group, but there's a lot of people working diligently to try to find us a good Valley location.

John has offered to run a game of Savage Lands in the Deadlands setting. Here's a video review of the system from YouTube, and a link to some basic rules. Maybe John will grace us with more before hand, but if not, this should be ample to get people up to speed. The game will have a maximum of 6 players.

Karl has also been working to put together anther awesome game for us. After some months of being under the weather, it looks bright for his future (I gotta wear shades). He has put together a dungeon-crawl-esque game using the Fantasy Hero (as in DOJ Hero, Big Black Book of FReD). I've seen one of his pre-gens already, read the world information and I got to say, it sounds cool.

Tyler has also put forth an idea for a table-top miniature game that he would like to run in the near future and so we might see that in April or May. What I am seeing though, is that people are getting excited, there are games to be run and games people want to play and those that are helping the group are getting some goodness out of it, while those on the fringe or who havent' shown, don't know how much fun they're missing.

Anyone interested in running a micro-adventure should let Dave know, for whenever you want to run something and I'll get it queued up. The first people to offer forth a game wil lcome first, with me keeping one on standby just in case the primary GM for the meetup is missing, lost in action or we just ahve too many people.

And lastly, I will be accepting donations to keep the group running and to provide for any costs we may need to defray. A few people discovered I'd been paying for this out of pocket thus far and so decided they needed to donate just due to the fun they had. This is totally voluntary and I won't take more than a dollar from anyone that wants to donate (or $10 annually if you want to be a good samarian, which two people have done thus far :). There will not have any "event fees" unless they are absolutely required by venue or subject matter, however I would ask everyone to show their appreciation for our hosts by making some sort of purchase at the meetups.
