This is what we call a "pick up" meeting; it's fun, highly informal, and very relaxed. Feel free to bring a game to play. All that the staff ask is that you be polite, friendly and remember to have fun. We meet at the deli earlier than Barnes and Noble due to the hours they keep. It is highly recommended that everyone bring some cash to buy something; $1.50 for a drink is a very reasonable rental fee for the table space. However if you can't, don't worry about it. We wont whip out with the instruments of torture... yet.

The only draw back to a "pick up" meeting is that we can't guage the number of players for games that are brought. So, regretablly, it is possible that we have too many people and not enough games unless others bring something else to play. However, bear in mind that collectable card games are not welcome or advocated under ANY circumstance.

If you're planning on attending here's the 6 steps to achieve superhuman status:

A) RSVP. I can't stress this enough. Sooner is always better than later. Even the Deli wants to know how many tables they need to reserve for us.

1) You grab a game you'd like to play, or don't, it's not required. *If you're bringing an RPG don't forget to bring pregenerated characters and cheat sheets for the system.

II) Walk, fly, or hop in a mode of transportation and travel. Additionally, if it's available to you, teleport. (Teleporting is always fashionable.)

3) Arrive at the deli when you can. We may start at 5 but you don't need to be there exactly on time. It just makes Dan feel better if you do since he has to man the tables.

2x2) Be nice, if you can afford it, and buy something- a drink, or even some of the delicious food.

V) Join in a game thats starting up, going, or ask others if they'd like to play what you brought.

Also, if you already know, comment when you RSVP about what game you plan to bring, and how many players it takes. That way other people can get excited about what you're planning on running before you arrive.
