Elf 2008 Event, 19-20 April, Haarzuilens

I have never been there, so I don't know much about how this fair looks like..

PS: Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett and some other famous authors and actors are coming as guests to this event, for those who would like to get their books signed..

Btw, it would be nice if we could make the meet-ups in places like this -like a castle or forest- from time to time.. we could make use of nature in live action role plays.

Bugger! I am always missing these things. Thanks for the heads up, It certainly looks like fun. Might try and make it tomorrow afternoon, as I'm busy on Sunday :)

Its something the organisers have been thinking about now that summer is coming. Either organising the meetup to play there, or as a separate - go to cool places one weekend- kind of thing.

When it comes to LARP there is a place outside Amsterdam that does it IIRC - Acheron i think its called. They also have fairs there, went to one a few years back - which was a great day out.

The summer is coming, so there should be lots more of these things to head to, so Keep posting them if you got em. I'll try and dig out the ones i know about. we might even be able to add them to the calendar.
