- My husband and I have been pretty hard-core gamers for a long time now. We've been doing most of our gaming at conventions out of the state, because we haven't met many people in Baton Rouge into the same games. Excited to meet new ppl!
- What was your worst gaming experience, and what made it so awful?

My worst experience was a fellow gamer that we will call, "Terry". Terry never brought snacks to the games, but would eat everyone else's snacks. He was a total 'hack&slasher' who did not know how to advance a story line and develop his character.
- Sum up your most memorable game experience, and explain why it was so great.

At the last Origins Gaming Con my hubby and I went to in Ohio last year, we stayed late in the con and played an X-rated game of Call of Cthulhu with five other awesome players. The game ran over 8 hrs & we hardly got through 1/2 the scenario!
- What has been your experience with finding awesome gaming groups in Baton Rouge?

We haven't been too lucky with finding like-minded gamers in the BR. Looking to play something besides your typical D&D campaign. Nothing against D&D, but it's just not my favorite type of game. I love to ROLEplay as opposed to ROLLplay.
- What do you think about women and gaming? Would you prefer more or less women gamers in your normal group?

I love the thought of more women gamers. I am sure that if more women were made aware of this awesomely creative hobby, they would participate more. Anyone who is attracted to acting or creative writing is perfect for gaming!
- What are your three favorite RPG's, and why?

Call of Cthulhu, World of Darkness, and Kult. As I've said, I love horror RPG's, and I love to be able to fully develop my character. These games are so character driven and rely on truly interesting storylines.

There were no conflicting personalities, and all involved are ready to play whatever anyone else has to suggest. We have a wide range of newbies, players who haven't played in years and are just getting back into the swing, seasoned gamers, and those who are highly-experienced. ANYONE should feel welcome to join and will be made very comfortable. We are all dedicated to making this group successful. We will be conducting a few one-shot games to try out a lot of different ones before settling on any long campaign. This will allow us to get a feel for what everyone enjoys to play. ”
