Playing with anyone who behaves immaturely and doesn't play his/her character realistically taking background/skills/alignment(etc...) into account.
The first pen & paper game I ever played was Shadowrun and it was wonderful! It was great for a couple of reasons. The DM was an amazing storyteller and all the players were willing to get into character and make it a great experience.
I will find out tomorrow: July 12, 2008. I'm meeting up with most of the members of this site to test D&D 4.0 with Joey DMing.
More women...I'm always pleasantly surprised to meet female gamers. I think women would be really good at slipping into character and would enjoy gaming...it's too bad that more of them don't give it a chance.
(1) Shadowrun: Shadowrun was my introduction to the world of tabletop roleplaying and the experience included one of the best GM's I have ever had the pleasure of playing with. I also think the system is interesting and unique...plus you can just steal dice from a game of Yahtzee because it uses D6's. (2) D&D 3.5: I like the new rules applied to the game that started it all. Looking forward to trying out 4.0! (3)Deadlands: Haven't playet it yet but I'm listing it because I want to try it out!
